Ingrid has been involved in teaching strings at St. Peter's since the early 2000s.  For many years, she taught in a before-school program called Early Bird String Academy. In 2023, she began teaching strings as part of the school curriculum. She has a B.S. in Psychology from the University of North Dakota and a B.A. in Viola performance from the U of M.  Ingrid has been a member of the Lake String Quartet for over 35 years. In addition to teaching and performing, she is a composer and has several published pieces for string orchestra. In her free time she enjoys reading, running, and long walks with her dogs.
