Melissa has taught 3rd grade at St. Peter since 2023. She graduated from St. Catherine's University with a degree in Elementary Education and is currently pursuing a masters in K-12 Reading Licensure from the University of St. Thomas that she will finish in the spring of 2026. Prior to teaching at St. Peter, Melissa taught Pre-K in Woodbury for 6 years. She and her husband have 3 kids, 2 daughters and one son, and a dog. Their family enjoys playing board games, camping and spending lots of time outside.
