St. Peter Catholic School
We provide a preschool through eighth grade education, based on Christian values, and offer a full curriculum and a variety of extracurriculars! Our Catholic faith is taught in religion class and is integrated throughout the day.
Specialists add an important dimension to the adventure of learning. Our specialist classes include Spanish, music, library, physical education, and The Guild.
Spanish

Español is Offered in 8th Grade
In Spanish class, eighth grade students are introduced to Spanish speaking language and cultural traditions through hands-on activities such as songs, games, and conversation, with emphasis on writing and reading. The curriculum of Spanish 8 includes what is typically taught in first year high school Spanish classes.
Music

We Praise God Through Music
Music is taught to all students, preschool through eighth grade. With a focus on the beauty and blessing of making music together, students learn note reading, music theory, music history, and music of different cultures through movement, dance, performance, and creation of music. Students are encouraged to listen, perform with voice and instruments, respond, and create. Non-pitched instruments and pitched orff instruments are taught and used in every grade. Recorder performance is taught in grades 3 – 6, guitar performance is taught in grades 7 & 8. There are three concerts each year: PK – 8 Christmas Concert, PK – 4 Spring Concert, and 5 – 8 Middle School Concert/Musical.
