TRANSPORTATION POLICY
Bussing
District 622 provides bus service. Questions about bus transportation should be directed to the District Transportation Office at (651) 621-1980. Bus drop-off and pick-up takes place on the east side of campus next to O’Reilley Hall. In the fall, classroom teachers instruct students in bus safety. Each student doing his or her part makes a safe bus for all riders.
Car Line (Arrival)
Car Riders can be dropped off between 9:05am-9:20am in front of the school on Margaret Street. To help reduce congestion, students may arrive at any time during that 15-minute window. Car Riders enter the school through Door W-1 (middle door). Note: Families arriving earlier than 9:05am are asked to keep students in their vehicle until the bell rings, as there is not a faculty/staff member outside to monitor early-arriving students.
Car Line (Dismissal)
Car Rider dismissal takes place between 4:00pm-4:15pm in front of the school on Margaret Street. See the map below for the arrangement of the car line. Students are dismissed by family, so please help by rolling down your window and saying your child’s name. Students may be picked up at any time during that 15-minute window, to help reduce congestion. Thank you for your patience! (Note: all-day preschool students who do not have an older sibling in grades K-8 are picked up in the playground parking lot.) Note: please do not park across the street on Margaret (southbound lane) or 16th Avenue, as that makes it less safe for students and more difficult for us to conduct car line.
